We want you to be happy with every order. This policy explains returns, replacements and refunds. Adjust the windows below to match your operations.

Returns & replacements

• Report any damaged, defective or wrong item within [48 hours] of delivery with a photo/unboxing video.
• Eligible items can be returned/replaced within [7 days] of delivery, unused and in original packaging.
• For hygiene and religious reasons, opened Gangajal and consumable samagri are not returnable unless damaged in transit.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as above. Subscription boxes can be cancelled anytime before the next dispatch.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within [5–7 business days].
